Bugster Terms of Service

This Agreement is between Bugster Inc. and the company or person accessing or using the Product. By signing up, accessing, or using the Product, Customer indicates acceptance of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
1. Service
1.1 Access and Use
During the Subscription Period and subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer may access and use the Bugster platform for its internal business purposes. Our automated bug detection and debugging platform is designed to help developers identify and fix software issues efficiently.
1.2 User Accounts
Customer is responsible for all actions on Users' accounts and for all Users' compliance with this Agreement. Customer and Users must protect the confidentiality of their passwords and login credentials.
2. Restrictions & Obligations
Customer will not: (i) reverse engineer the Product; (ii) provide, sell, or transfer access to the Product to others; (iii) remove proprietary notices; (iv) modify or create derivative works; (v) conduct security tests or circumvent access restrictions; (vi) use the Product to develop a competing service; or (vii) upload content to which Customer does not have proper rights.
3. Privacy & Security
Bugster will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure the Service from unauthorized access, alteration, or use. Customer is responsible for the accuracy and content of data submitted to the platform.
4. Payment & Subscription
Fees are in U.S. Dollars and exclusive of taxes. Customer will pay Bugster according to the selected subscription plan. Pricing may be updated with 30 days notice, applying to the next Subscription Period.
5. Term & Termination
The Agreement will start on the subscription date and continue through the Subscription Period. Either party may terminate if the other party fails to cure a material breach within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, Customer will no longer have the right to use the Product.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugster's total liability for all claims relating to this Agreement will not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party will be liable for lost profits or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information using at least the same protections used for its own similar information but no less than a reasonable standard of care, and will not use or disclose the other's Confidential Information except as needed to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.
8. General Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The laws of the State of Delaware govern this Agreement. Neither party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except in connection with a merger or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
